Eileen's Ventures, LLC d/b/a Owners' Association Services

Since 1980 Eileen has managed residential rental properties, developed real estate, designed and constructed homes, created Home Owner Associations and managed them. In 2006 Eileen formed Owners’ Association Services and operates under her registered trade name "Association Manager" to manage Home Owner Associations in accordance with RCW 64.34 and RCW 64.38.

She is a nationally Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and services residential subdivisions, planned communities, condominium projects and provides consulting for Developers. Her services range from basic bookkeeping to full-service management, and offers online bill pay, lockbox services, web-sites with password protected login and access permissions for Owners and Board members.
